    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

    As the first-ever CFO for our firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving the financial success of our organization.

    This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial function of a rapidly growing real estate fund and contribute to its long-term success.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Financial Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
    Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
    Evaluate investment opportunities, conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence to support decision-making.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
    Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
    Implement robust financial controls and processes to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.

    Investor Relations:
    Serve as a key point of contact for investors, providing clear and concise financial updates and performance reports.
    Build strong relationships with investors, addressing inquiries, and proactively addressing concerns to foster trust and confidence.

    Treasury and Cash Management:
    Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital efficiency and support investment activities.
    Develop and implement effective treasury strategies to minimize financial risk and maximize returns on investments.

    Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain compliance.

    Leadership and Team Development:
    Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    Cultivate a high-performing finance organization, promoting professional development and career growth opportunities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on residential properties.

    In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, investment principles, and industry trends.
    Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders.
    Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
