    Outside Sales Account Manager for a Water Mitigation Company

    Our water mitigation company is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team.

    We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a passion for sales and a track record of success.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to maximize their earning potential and grow their sales career.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and other potential sources of business
    • Monitor and analyze sales activity to identify opportunities to increase revenue and identify areas for improvement
    • Schedule and attend sales appointments with potential clients
    • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our water mitigation services and how we can help them during times of emergency
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies to effectively communicate our services to clients
    • Create and maintain a database of contacts, sales leads, and prospects
    • Ensure that all sales deadlines are met and exceeded
    • Attend / Hold events such as golf outings, tradeshows, and informative breakfasts

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • OR
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, preferably in the water mitigation industry or related field
    • Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Hydroforce Restoration and Cleaning provides comprehensive services for all types of restoration projects. We are a small, family run but quickly growing full service restoration company. We service all of Chicagoland and areas where national disasters have taken place. To date we have performed over 3000 jobs in 12 States
