    HTC is seeking to hire a Sales Hunter (Auto & Mfg) to be based in Troy, MI. Would travel t& spend time at Client locations as needed.

    Job Title : To be considered per candidate experience. Role is that of a hunter.

    Required Skills/Competencies:

    • Demonstrated history of successful sales experience focusing (Auto and Manufacturing) in the Information Technology Services, Professional Services and IT Staffing of the consumer services segment meeting or exceeding targeted revenue and profitability goals.
    • Development of new sales: Generate qualified prospects/customers, create consistent sales funnel, work with support groups within the company to develop customer proposals and sales collateral, lead onsite customer presentations, close deals and negotiate contract within established guidelines on price and contract terms.
    • Selling skills: complete organizational mapping of all buyers and buying influences, identification of key customer and buyer priorities, use weekly planning to overcome red flags. Transform IT Staffing challenges into opportunities to solve end clients issue by crafting onshore/offshore blended Project/Deliverable managed solutions service offerings.
    • Collaboration: collaborating and driving the sale forward with internal (practice, delivery, recruiting, HR, Sales support teams) and external stakeholders (client, partners etc.) to bridge communication gaps and champion your opportunities to drive to close
    • Territory planning and reporting: completion of quarterly plan (includes individual Account Plans, sales plan), timely and complete weekly sales reporting (both written and verbal reviews).
    • Candidate should have strong and active contacts in the industry that would help in bringing new logos.
