    Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Information Systems Security Specialist III in San Diego, CA.

    Job Responsibilities

    Perform CS reviews during SETR, PTRB reviews, Engineering Change Request (ECR) reviews, and SCD reviews


    Make recommendations on cybersecurity risks and mitigations in support of Integrated Product Teams (IPT) reviews, SETR, Platform Technical Review Board (PTRB) reviews and Configuration Change Board (CCB) reviews.


    Track and maintain technical reviews of documents in support of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System document reviews and program engineering efforts.

    Provide support to the SETR Lead by creating SETR surveys and tracking responses

    Maintain configuration control of specific documentation and templates applicable to the NAVWAR SETR process


    Develop engineering technical reports, analysis, briefings, and meeting minutes related to TA responsibilities, System-of-System (SoS) and Capability analysis, Cloud Security Development capabilities, TSN/SCRM, and ICS/SCADA.

    Track and document cybersecurity evaluations throughout the engineering, procurement, certification, and sustainment phases of acquisition (e.g., RMF, SETR, cyber risk to mission, and cybersecurity readiness)

    Collect, analyze, and present cybersecurity metrics.

    Schedule meetings, coordinate, support, and present technical information for IPTs and working groups

    Review, update and publish Cybersecurity Technical Standards


    Track operational changes to DoD and DoN cybersecurity initiatives and provide implementation guidance and identify initiatives to develop and defend existing and future budgets, program plans and policies.

    Develop and provide review of capability risk assessments and analysis

    Monitor and Report for Navy Cybersecurity Situational Awareness (NCSA) Monitoring, Computer Network Defense (CND) and Defense Cyber Operations (DCO), to include developing and providing reports and briefings

    Maintain and update Cybersecurity Work Forces (CSWF) competency Development Models (CDMs) and training programs.

    Monitor technical assessments and recommend efficiencies and improvements throughout all steps/phases of RMF, CYBERSAFE and CSE processes.

    Required Skills/Experience

    4+ years' experience ssessing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for critical CS/IA capabilities to include CND, High Assurance, and ISSE covering naval GENSER NSS and DBS

    8+ years' experience with C4ISR projects with considerable experience contributing to two or more of the following: IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering; Systems Security Architecture; Systems Security Analysis; CND Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploitation Analysis

    6+ years' experience withNavy RPG/RM

    CISSP, ISSEP and/or ISSAP (and/or other advanced CS/IA security relevant certifications)

    2+ years' experience defining standards, tools, and processes for IA TA, DFIA, and RMF.

    At least a top secret level clearance required; TS/SCI preferred; SCI eligible required.

    Bachelor's Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.

    This position is contingent upon proposal award.
