    Job Responsibilities

    Generate new leads and qualify inbound leads through cold calling agents and brokers (50 calls per day)Set up and run virtual and in-person meetings with Real Estate agents and brokersProvide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referralsEducate prospects about the benefits of the products and servicesDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotasCollaborate with the team to understand client's needs and provide tailored solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunitiesUtilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client informationParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledgePrepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team


    Required education and certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a sales, marketing, or business administration field is preferred but not required

    Required Experience and Skills

    5+

    years of sales experience is requiredPreferred sales background: SaaS, Prop-tech, Real EstateProven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is requiredExperience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers is preferredTitle Account Executive experience is a plusExcellent proficiency in cold calling (50 calls per day) and handling objectionsReal estate industry knowledge is requiredBlockchain, Web3, Crypto industry knowledge is a plusExcellent verbal/written communication and presentation skillsStartup experience, and Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environmentExcellent time management and organization skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively cold call, execute email and LinkedIn campaigns, and handle objectionsStrong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise mannerProficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (Hubspot)Remote work experience is required

    Required hard and technical skills:
    Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is requiredCold calling experience is requiredReal estate industry knowledge is requiredWeb3, Blockchain industry knowledge is a plusProficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunitiesUnderstanding of sales processes and related procedures
