Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and qualify inbound leads through cold calling agents and brokers (50 calls per day)Set up and run virtual and in-person meetings with Real Estate agents and brokersProvide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referralsEducate prospects about the benefits of the products and servicesDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotasCollaborate with the team to understand client's needs and provide tailored solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunitiesUtilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client informationParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledgePrepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Required education and certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a sales, marketing, or business administration field is preferred but not required
Required Experience and Skills
