    About the Job

    This is an entry level position as a receptionist. In general this role consists of answering multi-line telephone system through teams and greeting visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience at the first point of contact and for directing customers and candidates to the appropriate representative or resource.
    • Oversee the visitor security process.
    • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
    • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Technip Energies brand.
    • Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Arrive punctually and inform supervisor of any planned or unplanned absences.
    • Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
    • Answering all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly.
    Receptionists are responsible for keeping updated records for:
    • Employees, Contractors, and Clients with the company. Their location, contact information, badge number, and car information.
    • Log of Temporary Badges issued for that day and when they are returned.
    • Visitors log who came to the building that day and the expiration of their safety contract with the company (Visitor orientation).
    • Uploading files of Badge Applications, Gym Waivers, and Visitor Orientation Contract to a shared file with the Facilities team.
    Receptionists are responsible to learn and operate the security badging system
    • New hire; client; vendor; visitor/damaged or lost/
    • Provide access to TEN floors.
    • Property management handles access to 1st floor common areas and garage.
    About you:

    Minimum:
    • High School Diploma or foreign equivalent
    • Clerical (office equipment use, filing) and typing skills wpm)
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Correctly and safely lift up to 50 lbs. (i.e. such as moving record file storage boxes or mail packages received from outside sources such as vendors, partners, subcontractors, clients or regulatory agencies)
    • Works effectively in a positive win-win manner
    • Perform reception tasks as assigned and directed
    Hours 7:00am to 5:00pm

    Work a 9/80 schedule
