Position Overview:
As a Receptionist at Reddy & Neumann, P.C., you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing basic information as needed
- Maintain office security by controlling access at the reception desk
- Ensure the professional appearance of the office, including reception area, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas
- Handle incoming deliveries and distribute to appropriate team members
- Manage mail sorting and distribution
- Order and restock office supplies as needed
- Assist with payments to vendors
- Support HR in organizing engagement activities and meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
