Pay Rate:
$16 - $18 / hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Job Summary:
- The Receptionist is responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and customers at reception, and directing them to their appointment or meeting place.
- The Receptionist presents the corporate face to the public and employees, and helps create the first impression that each visitor receives.
- This person is familiar with company standards and corporate image, and ensures seamless front desk assistance to staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
- Perform secretarial duties as required, including: Type and proofread formal letters, interoffice correspondence and miscellaneous documents; compose correspondence and responses to inquiries independently.
- Answer telephone and handle requests for information at an advanced level.
- Set up and maintain department records and files.
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
- Supervise and train others.
- Monitor accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.
- Coordinate meetings and office communications.
- Schedule conference rooms, audio/visual equipment and other materials as requested.
