    Description

    The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

    • Create and ship Welcome Packages for new Owner Operators
    • Coordinate plates and insurance with appropriate departments
    • Assign fuel cards and request ELD Box all items including door signs, decals, and send via FedEx
    • Enter company drivers and owner operators into our system
    • Communicate all starts to various departments Truck additions and replacements
    • Process documentation necessary to change plates and insurance
    • Process driver transfers
    • Compile and submit New Start email for all new drivers, dockworkers, and mechanics
    • Handle system corrections with the HR Department
    • Manage the department supplies
    • Ensure sufficient stock of door signs, decals, binders, permits Place orders with purchasing Answer the Recruiting phone line Manages the supply of ELDs (driver tablets) with IT

    Ideal Candidates: what "U" bring to the table

    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
    • A sense of urgency, motivation, and grit
    • Customer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plus
    • High school diploma is required; some post secondary education is preferred.

    -Full time, onsite

    -40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
