About the role
Responsibilities
- Understand the scope and details of Propelr's agent and integrated sales channels and onboarding paths
- Assist Propelr merchants and partners with the use of applicable systems, forms, and statements
- Maintain ongoing knowledge and understanding of Propelr products and platform partnerships
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors and partners to resolve merchant and sales partner issues while maintaining service levels
Skills
- Passionate about customer experience
- Detailoriented, able to plan, coordinate, and work collaboratively across multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong customer service, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with high quality phone etiquette call center experience preferred
- Ability to build and foster longterm relationships with merchants and sales partners
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit card processing and merchant services workflows
- Experience with PC and MS Office suite
- Previous experience with a ticketbased system and customer resource management (CRM) database
Pay:
$49, $52,419.00 per year
