About the role

Responsibilities

  • Understand the scope and details of Propelr's agent and integrated sales channels and onboarding paths
  • Assist Propelr merchants and partners with the use of applicable systems, forms, and statements
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge and understanding of Propelr products and platform partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors and partners to resolve merchant and sales partner issues while maintaining service levels

Skills

  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Detailoriented, able to plan, coordinate, and work collaboratively across multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with high quality phone etiquette call center experience preferred
  • Ability to build and foster longterm relationships with merchants and sales partners

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit card processing and merchant services workflows
  • Experience with PC and MS Office suite
  • Previous experience with a ticketbased system and customer resource management (CRM) database

Pay:
$49, $52,419.00 per year
