We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team either on a full-time or part-time basis.
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources operations for our company, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is preferred.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviewing, and orientation.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
