    Responsibilities

    Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance requirements and provide customized solutions.

    Policy Support: Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, changes, and claims processing.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference and compliance purposes.

    Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and policy features to ensure informed decisions.

    Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.


    Requirements

    Licensing: Active Florida Insurance License required

    Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is advantageous.

    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
