Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
Communicate effectively in English and other languages (multilingual skills are a plus)
Utilize excellent customer service skills to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
Proficient in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus)
Experience in sales or upselling is preferred
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
