Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service department.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Duties:


  • Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
  • Proven experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Previous experience in supervising or managing a customer service team is preferred
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
