We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service department.
This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed
- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a customer service team is preferred
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
