    Branch Manager
    Olympia, Washington

    Description

    The Branch Manager will be responsible for attaining Genscos goals for customer service, inside sales, branch operations, Team Member development, and profitability and will perform a full range of management responsibilities.


    Education/Experience/Skills

    • Excellence in prior job performance required
    • Gensco experience preferred
    • A college degree preferred (not required) 3+ years related lead or supervisory experience preferred
    • Prior outside sales experience preferred
    • Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
    • Strong decision making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong people management and time management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job done
    • Thinks creatively and identifies improvement opportunities in sales and operations
    • Positive approach toward challenging situations
    • Able to operate computer terminal, personal computer and office machines
    • Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone
    • Able to travel to multiple facilities as required and overnight(s) if necessary
    • Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)
    • Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
    • Able to organize people and promote teamwork
