    As the Branch Manager for our flagship Welshpool store, first and foremost, you will be a natural leader.

    We are looking for a high caliber leader with an established track record of at least 5 years in building and leading high-performance teams.

    The successful candidate will lead a team of 35 passionate employees. In addition, you will be driving sales in a multi-million-dollar business whilst simultaneously leading the customer service + logistics function
    Leading from the front, you'll work closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia

    A bit about your role

    • Coaching, leading and training your team to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture
    a team of 35 passionate employees

    • Directing and controlling the branch operations to exceed sales, profit and service objectives.
    • Lead customer service + logistics function
    • Strategically initiate and drive business development activities within the region, as well as help facilitate negotiations with national targets with an exposure to the branch
    • Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.

    A bit about you

    • A natural leader, with a passion for sales and operational excellence
    • Strong track record in successful leadership roles
    • Strong operational background and excellent understanding of the supply chain process.
    • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and be commercially astute.
    • Have a passion for all things electrical and enjoy a fair dinkum yarn with a sparkie
