    Opportunity to join an exciting fiber-broadband startup in Florida

    Prime Fiber is an open-access Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure provider serving Internet Service Providers (ISPs), infrastructure consolidators, and enterprises across the US.

    As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for field operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our wholesale clients.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for FTTH open access provider field operations and service delivery.
    Primary market POC for wholesale clients, with ultimate accountability for delivering SLAs and KPIs.
    Responsible for FTTH access network construction, customer installation/repair, technician dispatch, and escalation teams.
    Ensures on-time, quality, and efficient customer installation and repair for our wholesale clients.
    Drives aggressive speed-to-market and quality FTTH construction.
    Manages productive working relationships with local municipalities, utilities, and locate companies.
    Works closely with vendor partners to ensure timely and quality services.
    Qualifications

    8 or more years relevant industry experience.
    3 or more years experience as a people leader.
    Experience with customer installation/repair operations and service delivery.
    Experience with fiber optic distribution networks and services.
    Familiarity with OSP engineering and construction.
    Results-driven, with a proven track record for delivering outstanding results, under challenging circumstances.

    Ability to communicate well across different level and multiple diverse stakeholders (clients, customers, senior leaders, team members, internal partners, vendors, suppliers, local governments, etc.).

    $150,000 - $175,000 a year

    $150k-$175k base salary, plus annual bonus.
