- Decisive action on transaction opportunities in procurement and sales.
- Managing and optimizing inventory to enhance gross margins.
- Overseeing the quotation and negotiation process.
- Maintaining backorders to support the customer base.
- Developing and managing customer relationships.
- Conducting inventory evaluations and managing the supply program bid process.
- Handling contracts, forecasting, budgeting, and staff performance evaluations.
- Minimum 3 years experience in aircraft teardowns, buying/selling aircraft components, and managing operations in an aviation parts supply context.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in PC literacy.
- Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
