- Ensuring the CEO has all key information for decision-making and is fully prepared for meetings, speaking engagements, and other events.
- Support the CEO in identifying and managing critical issues that require attention.
- Oversees the operations and meetings of the CEO.
- Supervises the staff and administrative team working within the Office; oversees all scheduling, planning, and communications for the CEO.
- Define job responsibilities, onboard and train staff, coach, and structure ongoing professional development for individuals and teams.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality of extremely sensitive, proprietary information.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and with the ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in person and via phone/email
- Previous experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment
- Assisting CEO with consultations through phone conferencing and transcription
- Ensure office protocol and HIPAA compliance
- Provide ad hoc support as needed
- Strong technology and computer skills and advanced proficiency with Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of EA experience supporting a top executive.
- Mental Health/Wellness/Health Care experience preferred
- Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Electronic Health Records
