    The Marketing Operations Lead evaluates market trends to develop new strategies and manages campaign operations effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership on campaign operations and best practices
    • Manage campaign/project setup, template integration, and execution following defined specifications
    • Collaborate with development and strategy teams to visualize project landscape and provide project plans
    • Develop, test, and manage campaigns and data triggers based on client needs
    • Implement marketing automation solutions to support client initiatives
    • Understand database connections to CRM platforms
    • Create documentation for processes supporting campaign operations
    • Ensure timely and budgeted project delivery satisfying clients and project teams
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments
    • Act as a central contact point with clients and manage project progress
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
    • Coordinate project logistics and approvals
    • Oversee production operations and project delivery
    • Handle multiple productions simultaneously
    • Manage project budgets and expenses
    • Ensure final asset delivery to clients
    • Champion Marketing Operations function and define team roles
    • Provide internal training on CRM/CLM platforms
    • Manage vendor relationships and licenses
    • Adhere to assigned duties and responsibilities

    Experience, Education, & Training

    • Veeva experience required
    • Experience with CRM/CLM Platforms preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

    • Remain calm under pressure and manage urgent deadlines effectively
    • Demonstrate diplomacy and problem-solving skills

    Location: NYC, hybrid

    Salary Range: $90,000 to $150,000

    Starting salary will be based on assessed skills and experience during the interview process.
