- Work to provide a GMP compliance company .
- Oversee non-conformance and work with supervisor to ensure corrective actions are complete and followed.
- Actively works with production team to resolve identified nonconformities.
- Work as a team leader and communicate professionally. Assist with training new Quality Inspectors.
- Recommend and help implement strategies and actions to mitigate risk/ solve issues
- Issue NCMR's (Non-Conforming Materials Report) as required.
- Identify categories of non-conformance specific to print
- Review Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure up to date
- Create standard guidelines
- Ensure all employees adhere to GMP guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Problem solver with a sense of urgency
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills
- Assist Supervisor with department monthly outputs and PowerPoint presentations
- Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
- High School Diploma or GED and 3 year QA experience are highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate, write, and read in English.
- Experienced with measuring instruments (scales, calipers, calibrating thermometers)
- Basic computer literacy skills in Office Standard Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Office Suite
- Must be open to work any shift.
