Omni Therapy is a home health company who partners with home health and hospice agencies to facilitate physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nursing visits to patients in the comfort of their own home.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and oasis review.
- Must be a California resident and currently reside in the state of CA.
Responsibilities:
The QA Supervisor position is an integral part of the patient care process requiring teamwork and strong leadership skills to deliver on time sensitive needs
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews via Zoom with QA applicants.
- Maintaining a training program for new QA members.
- Leading the QA department to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
- Setting policies and protocols for the department and holding team members accountable for expectations.
- Setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and working with the team to achieve goals.
- Handling QArelated escalated issues with clinical partners.
- Leading weekly Zoom meetings for the QA team.
- Working shoulder to shoulder with members of the QA team to ensure quality and timely notes.
Pay & Benefits
- $60k+ annual salary based on experience.

- Monday
- Friday, 9am 5:30pm PST
