Home Health QA (Quality Assurance)

Immediate opening for experience Home Health QA (Quality Assurance) to work in the office full time Monday to Friday. Must be detailed oriented and perform quality management on each patients chart and can handle load of work on day to day basis

Job Descriptions:
1)Review medical records chart to ensure that the documentation is compliant with the state and federal regulations as well as the professional standard act

2)Coordinate and analyze data related to clinical care of each patient

3) Maintain open communication with the DPCS regarding QI concerns.

4)Thorough knowledge and understanding of the function and organizational make up of a Home Health Agency.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
