    Description
    What will you do in this role?
    • The fleet manager is a professional who is responsible for carrying out a wide variety of tasks related to planning, managing, supervising, and coordinating the fleet management related activities.
    • They are actively involved in directing and organizing the tasks related to procurement, operation, maintenance, repairing, and servicing of the vehicles.
    • direct the work related to various fleet management activities like procurement, repairing, maintenance, servicing etc., according to priority and ensure that all these functions are carried out within the established rules and legal regulations.
    • To confer with various departments regarding the needs and issues of vehicles that need to address and ensure timely resolution of relevant conflicts and make sure that the vehicles are maintained and that they are operating properly.
    • To understand the specifications of the vehicles that need to be procured, to be involved in coordinating the purchase and to make sure that the purchased vehicles have optimal quality and price.
    • To maintain statistical reports, files and relevant records related to maintenance, repairs, depreciation, mileage, etc.
    • Other Duties as assigned.
    You Have:
    • Ability to supervise, coordinate and direct the workflows related to fleet and warehouse operations.
    • To communicate effectively, both written and orally
    • To maintain effective working relationship with vendors
    • To analyze the requirements of the situation and to take effective and corrective action for the safe operation of the fleet and warehouse.
    • To be able to work with minimum supervision, meet the scheduled timelines, and to plan and organize the work accordingly.
    • Proficiency in computer is required to generate relevant work reports.
    • Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
    You Might Also Have:
    • Experience in residential home building within Construction, and Warranty helpful.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
    • A high school degree or GED equivalent

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $70,000

    FLSA Status: Exempt

    Bonus Type: Performance Based
