    Job Summary
    This role is 4 days in office/field and 1 day remote.

    Responsible for supervising the Fleet Department to ensure effective fleet inventory management, forecasting and purchasing in compliance with the Company's guidelines and standards. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities
    • Oversees service fleet operations at multiple locations.
    • Determines current and future fleet needs by collecting and analyzing vehicle records, operating and repair costs and fuel consumption.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with outside vendors and service providers.
    • Develops and implements policies and procedures for the effective and efficient management of the company fleet.
    • Maintains computerized fleet tracking and maintenance program.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Prepares department reports.
    • Makes recommendations for vendor products/services.
    • Works with vehicle specialists and repair shops to ensure vehicles receive timely and appropriate maintenance.
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Education
    Bachelor's Degree
