IME is seeking a Tools and Fleet Manager to join their growing team

IME is seeking a customer-focused, organized and detail-oriented Tools and Fleet Manager to lead all aspects of our warehouse, tools and fleet operations. This role is responsible for the efficient planning organizing, receiving storage maintenance and distribution of tool and vehicles.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
Tools and Fleet: Provide direction over day-to-day operations of Tools & Fleet operations.
Ensure effective coordination between Tool and Equipment, Fabrication, and teams to ensure that the proper tools, equipment, and supplies are ordered. Manage the acquisition, maintenance, and inventory of all tools, equipment, and vehicles. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
Oversee fuel management and implement strategies to reduce costs. Secure and maintain all necessary licenses and registrations for vehicles. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure proper tool and equipment usage and care. Respond promptly to crew requests for tools and equipment, prioritizing efficient solutions to minimize customer impact. Maintain accurate records of all tools, equipment, and vehicles, including usage logs and maintenance history.
Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and cost savings. Uphold a strong commitment to safety, ensuring all tools and equipment meet safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and proactively address concerns.
Administrative: Monitor and manage all departmental email distributions to ensure communication, accuracy, and completion of all requests. Develop, forecast, manage, and maintain Tool and Fleet department's overall performance and annual budget. Continually seek industry and market information to build and improve SOPs. Reconcile inventory to ensure full utilization of all IME assets
Collaborative Leadership: Lead strategic and daily operations of construction and service efforts, providing leadership, vision, and mentorship to teams. Promote a positive culture, drive collaboration and excellence, and ensure projects are executed with a focus on safety and quality. Develop and mentor the team, including active participation in the development of staff.

Working Conditions:
The majority of the time you will work in a typical warehouse environment, the remainder of the time you will be on construction job sites. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Salary Range: 65,000 85,000
