- Sales Tools/Trainings – Support Sales Teams with necessary materials and trainings.
- Tradeshow – Coordinate events and represent the brand at tradeshows.
- Email Campaigns & Social Media – Drive brand awareness through email and social media content creation.
- Competitive Research – Monitor marketing programs of competitors.
- Budget – Execute marketing initiatives within budget expectations.
- Marketing Plans – Develop strategies related to brand, product development, and sales goals.
- Brand Outreach – Serve as brand source for PR outreach and product information dissemination.
- Consumer Communications – Define strategies to engage consumers and increase brand awareness.
- Copywriting – Create and update marketing materials copy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a marketing manager.
- 3 years' experience in Architectural Lighting preferred.
- Experience in multi-channel B2B and B2C business models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing programs.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Interest in exploring new marketing strategies.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to enhance Visual Comfort's reputation for its Architectural Lighting assortment. Responsibilities include supporting growth across various channels, such as Direct business, Lighting Specifiers, Showrooms, Integrators, and E-Commerce. The role involves driving brand awareness and inspiration for Visual Comfort's Architectural products through online and offline marketing activities, product launches, and sales materials development.
