Courage to Connect Mental Health Center is a private outpatient mental health practice located in Glenview, Wilmette, Lake Bluff and Glencoe.

We provide counseling services, psychological testing and psychiatry to our patients and the community. It is our goal to offer our patients timely, high quality mental health treatment.

Celebrating our 12 year anniversary, our practice continues to grow to support our practice and is seeking a marketing manager to join our leadership team.


The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communication strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Primary duties include the effective management of Courage to Connect marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns in the local community, as well as serving as a key ambassador to the community and external organizations.

This individual will take the lead on all assigned marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices including search engine marketing, advertising, public relations, and other campaigns to generate service demand.
  • Oversee Google Adwords and promotional material
  • Develop and lead the management of strategic marketing plans to meet organizational objectives and growth of new patients. Ultimate goal is to increase new patient referrals and build upon Courage to Connect's excellent community reputation.
  • Manage marketing efforts through social media, website, print campaign and marketing/communication strategies to further growth and development priorities.
  • Identify and implement a strong multimedia public relations strategy that will optimize the reputation and name recognition of Courage to Connect in the surrounding community for mental health treatment.
  • Build and execute marketing plan and identify metrics illustrating plan success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all media relations and community inquires
  • Provide assistance and consultation for internal initiatives such as but not limited to recruitment, organizational development and growth.
  • Organize and participate in internal team events and external community events, in addition to community outreach representing Courage to Connect.
  • Ensure branding standards are consistent throughout organization on print materials.
  • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or better in Marketing
  • Marketing campaign experience
  • Graphic Design experience
  • Social Media experience
