    Description
    Randstad is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for our client that is within the nonprofit industry. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and facilitating efficient communication both internally and externally. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating special projects, you will be instrumental in maintaining a productive and organized work environment The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.     salary: $16 - $21 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth operations
    • Assist in the coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special projects
    • Manage incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of the caller, and forward calls to the appropriate person or department
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed
    • Manage the ordering process for business cards and name tags for all employees and ensure timely processing of invoices related to these orders
    • Serve as a liaison with external institutions, other offices, clients, and guests
    • Actively implement the Safety and Risk Program and work with all staff to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations
