    Responsibilities + Collaborate with cross-functional team to clarify user stories and acceptance criteria and utilize effective test strategy that result in meeting QE commitments to delivery product roadmap + Design and develop effective test cases, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements + Conduct structured and exploratory testing to verify application meets clients' needs, identify defects, and provide valuable feedback + Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings + Communicate test progress, issues, and risks to the team and stakeholders + Ensure automated test coverage of manual tests for your assigned stories + Use technical skills to configure test environment + Readily learn and implement new technologies or processes to improve efficiencies and increase quality R equired Qualifications + Bachelor's degree, in a technical-related field or equivalent work experience years of software testing + Demonstrated knowledge about application development and technology; research and showcase ongoing knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and technologies + Experience in Agile/Scrum development lifecycle + Working knowledge of MS Office + Well-developed analytical abilities + High level of attention to detail, creative problem solving, and capacity to work on a team + Positive, collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills + Self-motivated with strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and improve Preferred Qualifications + Previous test automation experience is a plus + Experience writing queries using SQL + Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger + Working knowledge of Jira, qTest, Confluence + Experience with exploratory testing + Software Tester certifications + Recent experience with functional testing, non functional testing and writing test cases and executing test cases.
