    Position Description:

    • We are looking for experienced and entry-level Clinical Supervisor BCBAs to join our team in Boise, Idaho.
    • As a BCBA at Maraca Learning, you will oversee ABA services for children with autism in a supportive and motivating clinic setting.
    • Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, supervising RBTs, conducting parent training, and ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery.
    • We prioritize manageable caseloads and service quality to support your professional growth and success.

    Education: Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.

    General Requirements:

    • Current BCBA certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with autism.
    • Passion for working with children with disabilities and a positive outlook on life.
    • Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong data analysis capabilities.
    • Ability to meet physical requirements of the job and comply with safety protocols.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous research or teaching experience.
    • Knowledge of organizational behavior management and bilingual proficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
    • Supervise RBTs, manage clinical cases, and train parents on behavioral interventions.
    • Collaborate with the clinical team and adhere to professional standards.
    • Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities.
