    We're looking for a great leader who loves food AND loves working with people (because food & people are what it's all about) Are you skilled at handling interpersonal communications (even the difficult kind), managing and uplifting different personalities, and creating an extremely positive experience for every teammate and every customer? Do you hate boredom and interested in working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand & walk for most of your shift? Do you have experience working in a busy kitchen, motivating a hard working team and helping curate the best possible food for our guests? We're looking for the person who's self-motivated and excited to come into work each day-who's ready to tackle challenges and integrate into a team that's like a second family. We're looking for someone who wants to have an impact in a professional, but not corporate, setting.

    We need someone experienced with prep, execution, health inspection perfection, running a kitchen line, putting out consistently great food, inventory control, ordering & able to work all stations in a busy kitchen if needed. Great communication skills, love watching your team succeed and relishing five star reviews for consistently great food are all traits we want in our management team.

    Experience & Skills

    • Experience in restaurant management
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of the food service industry
    • Ability to learn our POS system
    • Availability to work days, nights and weekends
