We are looking for YOU

Whether it's concerts by Apache, James Blunt, and Olivia Rodrigo, performances by Ralf Schmitz and other comedians, live TV shows, or games of the Kölner Haie - we welcome national and international stars to the LANXESS arena.

With a capacity of up to seats, we host over 180 major events every year.

Our kitchen team provides our guests with a diverse range of food options. We excel with our various buffet variations that change seasonally.

Your responsibilities
Operational management of the kitchen team
Assisting the head chefs in creating menus and menus, taking into account seasonal offerings, guest requests, and budget requirements
Operational execution of events
Quantity and quality control upon delivery of ordered goods
Physical inventory management
Conducting HACCP checks
Compliance with all hygiene regulations
Representing the head chefs in their absence and taking on additional responsibilities as needed
