    About this Role:


    Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Program Governmental Analyst (AGPA) performs and assist with technical and/or analytical staff services assignments such as program evaluation and planning; policy and personnel analysis; the incumbent is responsible for managing the Department's position control activities and providing guidance and technical direction to programs on position related issues; using data gathered from a variety of sources, performs data analyses and prepares reports and drills relating to position control, data reporting, workforce planning, budget forecasting, etc.; coordinating and preparing the department's annual legislative vacancy report; preparing multiple reports and spreadsheets.

    Telework Information


    The DHCS standard for hybrid work is a minimum of two days per week in-person and site-based and up to three teleworking days per week.

    The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department's operational business needs and subject to change consistent with DHCS' Telework Program and Government Code sections 14200 – Telework is available to California residents, and proof of residency may be required.

    Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee's designated office and residence subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions.
