    Job DescriptionSalary: $20-22

    EZ Blockchain Site Maintenance Technician

    Overview:

    A Site Maintenance Technician will support our hosting operations by providing a full range
    of multi-craft equipment maintenance with a focus on reliability and maintainability. They
    will ensure sustainable operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive
    maintenance requirements on motors, electrical systems, and other data center and site
    components. The Maintenance Technician may also be a key member of process
    improvements and problem-solving.

    Job Duties

    Electrical

    • Infrastructure installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
    • Recovery from power related outages.

    Motors

    • Installation, removal, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
    • Operating and maintaining variable frequency drives (VFD).

    Air Filters

    • Removal, cleaning, inspection, replacement, and repair.
    • Redrilling and re-tapping retainers, when appropriate.

    Site and Data Center Cleaning

    • Trash and debris removal.
    • Vacuuming data centers.
    • Keeping storage areas clean and organized.

    Tool, Materials and Supplies

    • Account for, maintain, and organize tools, materials, and supplies.
    • Keep inventory of on hand quantities and reorder appropriately.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Strong mechanical and electrical background; familiar with three - phase power
    • Strong computer skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) manuals.
    • Familiarity with standard hand and power tools, such as drivers, saws, grinders, etc.
    • Familiarity with testing instruments, such as multimeters and megohmmeters.
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
