Maintenance Technician - Austell, GA

Position Type: Full-Time, 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Thursday)

About Us

We are urgently looking to fill two Maintenance Technician roles for the 2nd shift to help support our team, especially during vacation rotations.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
Assist in maintaining the electrical systems during nighttime.
Rotate shifts to cover for vacations and other needs.
Collaborate closely with the 1st shift team to ensure a smooth transition of work.
Be available for occasional weekend work on Fridays (3:00 PM - 10:30 PM).

Requirements

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is essential.
Must be able to adapt quickly to the 2nd shift timing.
Ability to work 10-hour days, sometimes extending to 12 hours as needed.
Availability to work on Fridays for additional shifts when required.
Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate: $25-$30 per hour.
$75/month phone stipend.
