Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Providing timely diagnosis/repair of the our product lines located in the field at customer sites Complete regular preventative maintenance as scheduled bility to use hand, air, and electric hand tools; operate forklifts, small cranes and mechanical hoists as needed Conduct product training for the customer and dealer technicians to insure competency.

Evaluate and assist with warranty claims Work with Product Engineering to develop solutions to operational problems in the field ssist personnel in the field with documentation, report of labor, work orders and inspections chieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Communicate with customers regarding the diagnosis and repair problems experienced in the field Education Technical certification, preferably in mechanical/electrical or related field, highly preferred; High School diploma or GED required.

Preference will be given to Veterans and those with advanced technical training and/or specific equipment experience.

Experience Minimum of three (3) years' experience in heavy industrial equipment mechanical & electrical troubleshooting and equipment repairs including, Motors, Controls, PLC electronic control, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, structural and engine systems.

Must be able to reach blue prints and schematic drawings Must feel comfortable and able to work safely at elevated heights, including several stories above the ground Should possess a technical aptitude for heavy equipment; some knowledge of engineering is a plus.
