Position Overview:


As a Turnkey and Rehab Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our single-family rental homes in Riverdale and surrounding areas.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise and exceptional customer service to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage and complete work orders using technology.
  • Schedule maintenance appointments with tenants.
  • Handle eviction lockouts, including rekeying and property clearouts.
  • Maintain transparent communication with tenants to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate tasks with office staff and external vendors.
  • Procure parts and ensure timely followup on related work orders.

Potential Tasks:


  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (possessing a universal HVAC license is highly advantageous).
  • Conduct repairs in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
  • Rekey, change locksets, and install blinds and fixtures.
  • Secure properties and oversee property cleanouts.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing batteries, bulbs, and filters.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably, at least two years of maintenance experience in property management.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with rental property management regulations and best practices.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
