    Senior Technical Project Manager:

    The Sr. Technical Project Manager plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery, handling the complete end-to-end process. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades. The successful candidate defines project requirements, performs feasibility assessments, and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing, updating, and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
    • Creating reports or dashboards to track team and project key metrics.
    • Documenting important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Ensuring clear communication across departments to address client/company goals and needs promptly.
    • Keeping exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Preparing presentation materials for meetings.
    • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
    • Managing project scope changes.
    • Providing necessary administrative support.
    • Undertaking project tasks as necessary.
    • Developing project strategies.
    • Evaluating project risks and issues, providing solutions as needed.
    • Leading and coordinating meetings and distributing minutes to all project team members.
    • Providing Project Management support for medium-sized projects or at least one complex project that requires high levels of integration.
    • Supporting all project execution aspects, including: Requirements gathering, Chartering, Scope definition, project planning, Change control, Risk management, Close-out, Reporting.
    • Managing resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.
    • Ensuring consistent application of accepted project management methodology, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years' experience. Alternatively, a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
    • Proficiency in multiple project management software platforms with a track record of quick system learning.
    • High level of Salesforce proficiency
    • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
    • Ability to handle change and meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as private cloud data center-hosted solutions
    • Experience in an MSP environment
    • At least one project management certification and one cloud-specific certification

Uses logic and intuition to draw conclusions based on data, applying tools such as flow charts and diagrams. Systematically evaluates alternative solutions.

    Project Administration & Management. Knowledgeable in organizational methods and tools for project administration and management. Uses tools for time and resource estimation, task assignments, documentation, and reporting. Documents project meetings and reports on progress and next steps. Conducts cost-benefit analyses and tracks actual versus planned costs. Reports project-related problems to relevant personnel or management.

    Requirements Analysis. Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business functionality and non-functionality requirements. Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements, utilizing methods, tools, and techniques for requirements analysis. Confirms deliverables, challenges, conflicts, and expectations related to requirements analysis. Identifies additional requirements, prepares models, and documentation.

    System and Technology Integration. Proficient in technology system features and integrating among applications, databases, and platforms. Works on integration and migration plans within own and associated areas. Addresses key issues for successful system integration and actively participates in integration efforts. Collaborates with applications, data, technology bridges, and platforms.

    Technology Savvy. Knowledgeable about technology and its impact on work processes and results. Utilizes technology to solve work-related challenges, finds new methods to enhance productivity, and explores emerging technology solutions. Shares knowledge about technology innovations and anticipates their impact on processes, products, and services.

    USD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per year

    Compensation:

    Compensation consists of a base salary ranging from $97,100.00 to $161,800.00. The base salary may vary based on factors such as the location of the position and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may be offered, including incentives.

    Benefits:

    The Company provides eligible employees with flexible paid vacation, seven paid holidays per year, and up to 160 hours of annual paid wellness leave.
