- Case management from the time the application is received until a decision is made with the goal of placing as many policies in force as possible.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners Provides professional, accurate, and timely service to our wholesale and agent partners, with a focus on efficient and effective end to end processes.
- Manage cases with a sense of urgency, commitment to problem solving and responsiveness; recognize high priority situations and respond accordingly.
- Provide high level customer service via phone (inbound and outbound) and email. Conduct communication in a professional, pleasant, and helpful manner to our wholesalers and agents.
- Build partnerships with team members, engage in process improvement conversations and look for ways to elevate the services we provide.
- Experience in the Annuity industry
- Prior customer service experience
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college plus one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information, Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
