    Title: Program Specialist - Education Data and Outcomes

    Location: Upper East Side

    Org Unit: Curriculum

    Work Days:

    Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

    Salary Range: $ $45.05

    *As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices

    Position Summary

    Working within the Office of Education Research, Outcomes and Innovations (ROI), this position utilizes multiple sources to generate appropriate data and outcome reports for the programs and units within the Office of Medical Education (OME).

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides updated data reports at appropriate time intervals for elements of the education programs that require regular tracking and monitoring.
    • Provides data and generates reports in response to real-time requests.
    • Assists with validating new data.
    • Assists with monitoring necessary elements related to accreditation of both the Medical Education and Physician Assistant programs.
    • Supports the efforts of the ROI office to include staffing and attending meetings as directed; performs other related duties as assigned.
    Education
    • High School Diploma
    Experience

    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Approximately 3 years of related experiecne.

    Experience with survey tools, such as Qualtrics or Microsoft Forms is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office - including proficiency with Excel.
    • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
