    Role:

    Toprovide support to essential areas of the mortgage department and to helpprovide and execute excellent member service.

    To have a basic knowledge of loanproducts ACU offers, quote rates, send early disclosures, perform order outs onnew loans, help balance Closing Disclosures with title companies, fund mortgageloans, and answer basic servicing questions.

    To ensure loans follow allapplicable mortgage lending regulations and guidelines. Attendance is anessential function of performing the duties of this job.

    EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities:

    30%- Completes funding of closed Mortgage and Consumer loans in accordance withACU policy, to include but not limited to scanning packets, distributesproceeds via cashier's check, wire, or internal transfers to GL's andcreditors.

    15% -Submits investor loans for purchasing prior to lock expiration date. Ensuresoriginal loan documents are printed, signed, and sent FedEx to the appropriateinvestor within the time requirements to obtain purchasing of the loan file.
    Clears all purchasing conditions. Follows up and ensures all secondary marketoutstanding trailing documents are delivered.

    15%- Knowledgeable on loan products offered by ACU to assist in quoting rates,answering introductory new loan questions, assist in taking loan applications,and answering servicing questions.

    15% -Assist Mortgage Loan Officers with sending out early disclosures. AssistMortgage Loan Processors with ordering title work, appraisals, and floodcertificates.

    15%- Balances closing disclosures for loan closings in compliance with ACU,investor, and regulatory guidelines.

    5% -Monitors and stays current on all existing and pending regulatory and investorrule changes.

    5% -Performs other duties as assigned.
