    Job Title:
    Territory Sales Manager

    Peak Thermo King is looking for a reliable and talented Territory Sales Manager that will be responsible to manage customer relationships, including selling new and used refrigeration units, rental opportunities, driving aftermarket sales opportunities, and helping to grow our business footprint.

    The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for sales in both the Boise and Idaho Falls areas.

    The right candidate will be willing to travel between territories and have the ability to build long-term relationships with current and potential Thermo King customers.

    The candidate needs to be highly self-motivated and organized in order to generate and maintain new business.

    Responsibilities :


    Create and maintain a positive working relationship with all current Thermo King customers, with the ability to sell service and parts to customers operating refrigeration equipment.

    Initiate calls on a daily basis to current and new customers.

    Cold calls are required.
    Improve customer experience and business performance through product knowledge of the transportation industry.
    Maintain a daily and weekly customer contact list of actions through
    Meet monthly sales goals for unit sale, service, parts, and rental.
    Travel throughout assigned territory. This is an outside sales position.
    Work with the service and parts departments to ensure they are executing on commitments to customers.
    Provide weekly status updates to ownership on successes and challenges being faced.


    Requirements :
    2+ years of experience in

    business-to-business sales .
    Candidates with experience in the transportation industry preferred.
    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    Proficiency with Microsoft office and ability to learn Thermo King corporate computer programs.
    Must be willing to spend no less than 75% of their time working directly with customers in the field.
    Must be highly goal oriented and self-motivated.
