    Job Title: Social Media Strategist

    Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, platforms, and analytics, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform social media strategy.
    • Create engaging and original content tailored to each platform and audience segment, including text, image, and video content.
    • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Stay informed about platform algorithm changes, advertising options, and best practices to optimize social media campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
