Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
Coastal Ferry LLC is a top provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in the Hampton Roads, VA region. Our primary customers are healthcare providers such as hospitals and rehab facilities that schedule rides for their patients. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist who is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for the company's products or services. This role combines elements of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to achieve business objectives and promote brand awareness. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies that generate leads, convert prospects, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to expand the customer base.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

3.Lead Generation and Conversion :

- Nurture leads throughout the sales process and convert them into customers.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies, such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
4.Customer Relationship Management :
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients.
Assist in enhancing social media presence with regular content updates.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions with leads and existing clients.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
6.Collaboration and Communication :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer support, to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
7. Invoicing Current Customers
Collaborate closely with management to execute efficient invoicing and payment collection processes.
Generate and transmit invoices to current facility clients.
Proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
