- Manage the development of one-to-many marketing campaign assets, including building workflows, emails, campaigns and landing pages for the marketing team
- Be hyper focused on the prospect journey, including managing "hand off" points to the sales team and tracking prospects through the funnel to ensure no lead is left behind
- Measure and analyze advertising campaigns and identify insights to improve conversion
- Create and maintain metrics reports and dashboards to monitor marketing campaign effectiveness, progress to key metrics, and identify campaign impact on revenue
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure accurate data capture and lead management within HubSpot.
- Manage the integrations between HubSpot and other marketing technology, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, LinkedIn, PartnerStack, SEMRush, and Sopro.
- Help manage the database including list import cleanliness, data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with privacy laws
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within marketing tools, collaborating with IT or Revenue Operations as needed to resolve them efficiently
- Tech/SaaS industry experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Understanding of marketing reporting and digital performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred)
- Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with key stakeholders from other departments
- Knowledge of HTML, HUBL or other development languages is a plus.
- Skill in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- HubSpot training and certifications are a plus
