- Perform routine maintenance on stamping equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Set up and adjust dies on stamping machines for various production runs.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of stamping-related coursework or journeyman-style training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of stamping and die operations in an automotive setting.
