Our client is a leading in developing/manufacturing the newest emission control systems, stamped body shell components, and door safety beams for the auto OEM.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Engineering Specialist.

This entry-level position offers the opportunity for career growth and development in the dynamic field of stamping and die operations.

Operate stamping machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
# Perform routine maintenance on stamping equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
# Set up and adjust dies on stamping machines for various production runs.
# Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues as needed.
# Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
# Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Completion of stamping-related coursework or journeyman-style training is a plus.
# Basic understanding of stamping and die operations in an automotive setting.
# Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
