For one of our subsidiaries in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Trainer/Training Specialist (m/f/d).

Job Description:

The PROCAD training program includes management, user, and administrator training, which we conduct in conjunction with the implementation of our products PRO.FILE, PRO.CEED, and PROOM for national and international companies.

As a Trainer/Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Designing and conducting training for PROCAD customers and partners
Assisting in the development of our PRO.FILE elearning and ecampus training area
Conceptualizing, planning, and implementing training from creating training content to delivery

Qualifications:

You will enrich our team with:

A completed degree in business or technical studies or equivalent education and qualification
Experience in training/explaining IT products in a technical environment
Enthusiasm for conceptual work
Enjoyment in simplifying complex topics for people
Knowledge of product data and/or document management systems (PDM, CAD, DMS) and understanding of business processes in mechanical/engineering industries is desirable
Good German and English skills
Willingness to travel
