Your Responsibilities

In collaboration with local plant managers, you ensure effective production and operational processes, optimize workflows, and maintain regular communication with substrate management.
You are also responsible for quality assurance and the optimization of equipment and operations.
As a specialist, you are an important point of contact for authorities, suppliers, and service companies.
You always keep an eye on legal regulations and ensure compliance.
In collaboration with management, you create investment plans and cost calculations.
You plan and oversee construction expansion measures, monitor costs and scheduling, and coordinate assembly teams and additional trades.

Your Profile

As an expert in the field of biogas/energy, you have already gained relevant experience in operational management and/or leading a biogas plant, preferably in a deputy position.
You have a technical education, including relevant further training, and a degree in process engineering, engineering, biology, or chemistry is advantageous.
In addition to your technical expertise, you have commercial knowledge and experience in project management.
